This bright, spacious studio apartment on the 21st floor of the White House complex offers panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and seaside park from the balcony. This apartment comfortably accommodates a couple, with a sofa bed available for an additional guest.

It features all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: a spacious refrigerator, air conditioning, a washing machine, an electric kettle, a two-burner cooktop, basic kitchenware and dinnerware, a hairdryer, an iron, ironing board, and a clothes dryer, as well as a TV, internet access, bed linens, and more. For winter colds there are heating batteries.

 

*** For long-term rentals, utilities (electricity, water, internet, and elevator) are not included in the rental price and are paid separately by guests.

** A security deposit of $150 is required for long-term rentals (30 nights or more).

Note: Guests are responsible for maintaining the premises in a clean and tidy condition. If the apartment is not in its original condition at the end of your stay, a $20 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

* Early check-ins from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and late check-outs from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (provided the apartment is available during these hours) are free of charge. Early check-ins from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and late check-outs from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM are charged half the price of one night. Early check-ins/late check-outs during other evening, night, or morning hours are charged 100% of the price.

 

The building is located in a lively area of ​​Batumi, a few minutes' walk from the beach and New Boulevard. Nearby: a seaside park and restaurants serving Georgian and European cuisine. Near the house there is a large shopping complex, Metro City Forum, with food courts, a chain of branded shoe and clothing stores, etc.
