A cozy 1-bedroom studio apartment in the new residential complex "Alley Palace". The apartment is located on the 28th floor of the new building, the balcony offers a beautiful view of the Alley of Heroes, the city, the sea and the mountains. There are all the necessary conditions for both recreation and long-term accommodation: a separate bedroom, a large bright living room with a separate kitchen area, a combined bathroom, a spacious balcony. Accommodation or residence of 1-2 guests is allowed, as well as a couple with a child 6-14 years old. At this stage, air conditioning + convector electric heater are intended for heating the room.

 

*** For long-term rentals, utility bills (electricity, water, gas, Internet, elevator) are not included in the rental price and are paid by guests separately.

** The security deposit for the safety of property for long-term rentals (30 or more nights) is $ 150.

Note: the guest is obliged to keep the premises clean and tidy. If at the end of the stay the condition of the apartment does not correspond to the initial one, $20 will be withheld from the deposit for cleaning the apartment.

* For early check-in from 12:00 to 15:00 and late check-out from 12:00 to 15:00 (if the apartment is available during these hours), no additional fee is charged to the guest for these hours. Early check-in from 8:00 to 12:00 and late check-out from 15:00 to 18:00 -- is paid in the amount of half the cost of 1 night. Early check-in/late check-out in the rest of the evening, night or morning hours is charged 100% of the cost ✓

 

The apartment has air conditioning and TV, a spacious refrigerator, an electronic hob for cooking and an electric water heater (natural gas is planned to be connected soon), a microwave, an electric kettle and essential utensils, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board and a floor clothes dryer, as well as many other household items.

 

Nearby: the sea and the beach, the seaside boulevard, McDonald's, the Colosseum Marina Hotel, the dancing fountains on Lake Ardagani, the House of Justice, cafes, restaurants, shops, fast food outlets, currency exchange offices, a bakery, a pharmacy, etc., including a 24-hour store. The complex has video surveillance in the entrance and elevator, 24-hour security.

The tourist area is actively developing, improvement and construction of the adjacent territory continues, so minor noise may be present.
