*** For long-term rentals, utility bills (electricity, water, TV/Internet, elevator) are not included in the rental price and are paid by guests separately.

** Security deposit for long-term rentals (30 nights or more) is $150.

Note: the guest undertakes to keep the premises clean and tidy. If at the end of your stay the condition of the apartment does not correspond to the original one, $20 will be withheld from the deposit amount for cleaning the apartment.

* For early check-in from 12:00 to 15:00 and for late check-out from 12:00 to 15:00 (if the apartment is free during these hours), no additional fee is charged to the guest for these hours. Early check-in from 8:00 to 12:00 and late check-out from 15:00 to 18:00 is paid in the amount of half the cost of 1 night. For early check-in/late check-out during the rest of the evening, night or morning hours, 100% of the cost will be charged ✓

 

In the apartment:

- double bed, bedside tables, small sofa, spacious wardrobe for storing things, bed linen and towels,

- dining table and chairs, as well as a table and chairs for leisure on the balcony,

- kitchen equipped with everything necessary (induction hob with 2 burners, mini-fridge, kettle, extractor hood, kitchen and tableware),

- air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi internet,

- washing machine, iron, hanger, dryer and ironing board,

- bathroom with shower and hygienic shower; electric water heater, hair dryer with wall holder.

 

The complex is located in a new, actively developing part of the city, on Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street. On the territory of the complex there is a restaurant, security, free parking. There are grocery stores nearby, the Metro City shopping center is 700 meters away, the sea and the beach are 50 meters from the house.
