** Security deposit for long term rentals (30 nights or more) is $150.
Note: The guest undertakes to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. If at the end of the stay the condition of the apartment does not match the original, $ 20 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning the apartment.
* For early check-in from 12:00 to 15:00 and late check-out from 12:00 to 15:00 (if the apartment is free during these hours), no additional payment will be charged from the guest for these hours. Early check-in from 8:00 to 12:00 and late check-out from 15:00 to 18:00 is paid at half the cost of 1 night. For early check-in / late check-out the rest of the evening, night or morning hours, 100% of the cost will be charged ✓
The AISI complex consists of three buildings, each of which has 2 high-speed Sharp elevators. The house is located in a new area of Batumi with well-developed infrastructure. Nearby is the Metro hypermarket, restaurants, cafes, tourist sites, places of recreation and entertainment. Nearby there is also a school, kindergarten, grocery stores and pharmacies. The apartment is perfect for long-term stays of a small family, as well as for a short-term vacation.
