Cozy and bright 2-bedroom studio apartment on the 22nd floor of a residential complex located on ul. Pirosmani in an area with developed infrastructure. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the city.

Accommodation is designed for 4 people: there is a double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa bed in the living room. Bedding, towels and kitchenware are provided.

Strict Cancellation Policies: In case of cancelling within 7 days prior to arrival, refund 50 percent of the prepayment minus the cost of banking fees. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the prepayment will be charged.
