The apartment has two rooms: living room-Studio with kitchen and one spacious bedroom; as well as an entrance hall, bathroom and a balcony with sea and mountain views.

*** For long-term rentals, utility bills (electricity, gas, water, TV/Internet, elevator) are not included in the rental price and are paid by guests separately.
** Security deposit for long term rentals (30 nights or more) is $150. Note: The guest undertakes to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. If at the end of the stay the condition of the apartment does not match the original, $ 20 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning the apartment.
* For early check-in from 12:00 to 15:00 and late check-out from 12:00 to 15:00 (if the apartment is free during these hours), no additional payment will be charged from the guest for these hours. Early check-in from 8:00 to 12:00 and late check-out from 15:00 to 18:00 is paid at half the cost of 1 night. For early check-in / late check-out the rest of the evening, night or morning hours, 100% of the cost will be charged✓
