A spacious comfortable 4-room apartment on the 7th floor of a 9-storey building.
Apartment with all amenities located on the street. Himshiashvili in close proximity to the coast, near the Primorsky Boulevard and Aquapark, 2-3 minutes walk from the sea and 3 km from the city center.
From the apartment windows overlooking the sea, next to the house there are shops, a pharmacy, a branch of the bank.
At the disposal of the guests there are two bedrooms, a recreation area - a living room and a hall, a combined bathroom, a kitchen and a large balcony
