The small 1-bedroom Studio apartment in Batumi located in the complex "Real Palace".

Flat-ceiling Windows with panoramic sea views located on the 24th floor of a new building in the Pirosmani str.

The apartment has two rooms: living room-Studio (combined kitchen, dining and living room) and one spacious bedroom, also entrance hall, bathroom with WC and a large balcony with sea views.

It offers four sleeping places: double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people.

** Early arrival from 8:00 to 12:00 and late check-out from 15:00 to 18:00 is paid in the amount of half the cost of 1 night. Early check-in / late check-out in the rest of the evening, night or morning hours will be charged 100% of the cost.

*** With a long-term lease (from 1 month) from September to May inclusive, utility payments (electricity, gas, water, TV, Internet, elevator, cleaning of the territory, etc.) are not included in the rental price and are paid separately.

In case of a long-term lease, the tenant also leaves a deposit of half the cost of living per month, which is refunded at the end of the lease.
