For rent a studio apartment with a sea view on the 17th floor of a 25-storey residential building "Progress-4" in Batumi on the street. Z. Gorgiladze.

The apartment is designed for three people, there is a double bed and a small sofa for one guest (the sofa can also accommodate two small children). There are all the amenities for relaxation, including a small kitchen area, air conditioning, washing machine, household items, as well as a hairdryer and vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Near McDonald's, Goodwill supermarket, Primorsky Boulevard and Dancing Fountains, shops, cafes, beach. Within walking distance there is a water park and many places of recreation and entertainment.

The complex is located in an area with convenient transport links. Buses run along the boulevard and the coast, so it is impossible to get lost.

You can get to the city center in 5-10 minutes or walk in 15-20 minutes.

Free public parking is available in the courtyard of the house. For those traveling by private car, the owner provides a control from the barrier.
